Note that the web-to-fax upload does not let you take too much time: :o Get in and upload and send it. :)

If you download the FaxBlaster software, it is seamless. Just like using another printer.

Absolutely the best for fax service available for sending only.

Just 12 cents a page. Their tool installs as a print driver and works with any format in the world that can print. Very fast sends and quality is always in "Fine" mode.

I work in sales and have to send quotes to customers by fax, and I have internet through the cell phone. My cell phone provider doesn't support fax, just internet. So I fax with fax1.com's printer driver over the net. If I fax 90 quotes in a month, it's only $11, completely invisible on the expense report!

I am unhappy with your service and I will not be making anymore payments to my account. Here are a list of some of the problems I have had.
1. The user interface is lacking.
2. No preview of the fax sent.
3. fax could not properly send my word document without jumbling it up see attached for an example.
4. System logs out after about 2 min of inactivity. Gets annoying to have to keep logging in to check the status on a fax
5. When I get an error message sent to my email there is no description of the fax that failed just "the fax you just sent failed" I just sent 5 faxes I would like to know which one failed and why and the option to resend it.
6.Faxes that I sent via "web to fax" NEVER sent.
7. Yesterday the system stopped letting me log in. Yes I used my current log in and password
8. there is no Contact list or Phone book.

You are an inexpensive option for faxing. The old adage "You get what you pay for" Doesn't even apply because I wouldn't use this service for f

The fax service itself worked ok. The website is horribly laid out and deceptive. I signed up for a free 1 month trial in order to receive a single fax in my email. I later logged in to ensure that I had canceled the trial and would not be charged after the trial ran out. I could find no indication that I was enrolled in the "Pro" account and assumed I had already canceled it. Now $9 has been charged to my bank account, I can still find no indication that I'm enrolled in a pay service and no way of canceling it through the website, and after 2 full business days I have gotten no response to my email.
