High Performance Fax

I have not been able to find any discussion on the "quality" of service ... except on the quality of service from eFax (which, I agree, SUCKS!). I am searching for a service provider that provides quick turn around times and reliable best-case / worst-case / average case scenarios for any specific fax (ex: 1 page / text )
Will appreciate a response!

Hi,
Venali is the only Internet Fax Service provider which has its a turn around time of point of receipt of message to point of first delivery attempt to be within 5 minutes, 98.5% of the time actually committed as part of its SLA in its service contract.
That is iron clad.

Could you provide a little more on what you are looking for in terms of quality of service? Are you looking for % of uptime, time to send once broadcast is submitted, contractual obiligations...etc..?
