Dependability and Performance
I'd really appreciate some help in this area from anyone.
Who to use is the question. Sending is not as critical, but what is essential and most important is dependability that all faxes to my company arrive. With the providers below, who can I most rely on?

Pray! Of what dependability is a provider that doesn't respond to inquiry to establish a business relationship? Four mail (including 2 to one Vanessa) to Venali were not honoured with a single reply. I don't intend to get back to Venali.

Venali, EasyLink or Protus.
They are definately known to have their own networks and not be resellers.
It also depends what you are looking for. Some IP faxing solutions are software based, the above three are not. They work with any existing email client, and can be set up in seconds.
Internet Fax Provider is definately a Protus reseller and MaxEmail is interesting as I have never heard of them before. MaxEmail are different from the others as they provide combined packages of certain voice, fax and email tools. If you don't need that then, you might be paying for what you won't use.
One of the best ways to start choosing which provider is to find out:
Do they supply the inbound numbers in the geographic area you need? Some only have number coverage in certain countries and if you are in the US, you certainly won't want a Japanese inbound fax number!
Some also only have toll free/free phone numbers that might not be what you want either.
That is the best way to start your search. I have been in the FOIP business for a long time, and I can vouch for the service of the above three companies I mentioned.
