Rapid Fax is horrible. It seems to me that one of the reasons people fax is to get the info to its destination quickly. I have had a number of important faxes held up 5 hours or more. A customer calls and asks if I received their fax and I have to say that I do not know. Bad bad bad.

Very disappointed. Bad Service. I wasn't receiving faxes so I asked for some help via their web form. I contacted them 3 times - no response. Then I tried looking for a phone number - had a real difficult time finding one. Then when I call - its just a recording that hangs up on me. Nobody is there to actually answer the phone. I tried calling several different times and same thing - a recording that hangs up on me. Service has been cancelled.
