What's the best solution for real estate / e-Fax?

I am looking for an electronic fax solution to do the following:

• Send faxes electronicly via email, pay per minute is OK
• Send email faxes with both text and multiple attachments (DOC, XLS, PDF, TIFF, JPEG
• Receive documents into PDF format only.
• Receive office's faxes, for receiptionist to print or forward via email to the appropriate agent.
• Automatically print received faxes after hours, so that agents can get the faxes without the distribution process.
• Or have a way to automatically distribute the fax to the correct agent.

The office would like to reduce fax machine usage, and printer usage (and ink), and improve the quality of the documents sent/received.

In the real estate industry, we currently still require real signatures on documents and are dealing with poor quality faxes by the time all parties have signed.
