Phone/Fax

Just so anybody looking to use MyFax service, they do not support faxing to a phone/fax machine!

I did not see anything like that mentioned when I looked in this Discussion. I got their service, tried three/four times and nothing works, then they told me that news!!

Remember, in order to use MyFax, you cannot fax to a fax/phone machine!

Customer service was good, they have somebody answering the phone 24 hrs but .... not all my clients have a dedicated line just for fax
