faxesanywhere.com (accessline communications)
I am looking for a basic fax to email service since i have exceeded my usage limits on the free efax service.
Is the faxesanywhere.com service a good one to use?
- Cost and dependability are my two main factors.
- prefer/need unlimited inbound faxes. Local number preferred, but not needed.
Does anybody here use it? How reliable is it? Does it drop faxes? Have heard some fax email services cant handle certain types of faxes(ie from a modem or somesuch).
Anybody who can share some info on thie provider would be greatly appreciated. If i wind up using them, i will share my thoughts also.
Thanks in advance
I have been using Accessline's faxesanywhere service for about a week now, and so far so good. I get tons of incoming faxes, so I was looking for something with unlimited incoming faxing, and they also offered a local fax number with a 303 area code. Faxes come in instantly, and I set up notification to go to my cell phone so I know immediately when I have received a fax. $6.95 per month...unlimited faxes...I have researched extensively and I don't think you can beat it.
Just a follow up post on Accessline Communication's www.faxesanywhere.com service --> called smartfax.
I signed up for a smartfax account earlier today. They have voicemailas well, but i did not subscribe. The fax service costs $6.95 per month. Unlimited incoming faxes (accessed online via .jpeg or .tif file) at thier website. No outbound service. The test fax worked and I was given a local number. Faxes recieved can be forwarded, but i ahve not tried this feature yet.
Obvisouly, i can only provide a very early, first impression, but so far so good. If you need an unlimited fax service this may be worth looking into and seems about half the costs of the other services i reviewed. Customer service was good, but it took me a little while to get my order processed right.
Please share your thoughts (both good and bad) on this service if anyone else uses them. I will update as needed. For now, i am content.
