Is it possible to reprint a copy of the last fax that was sent?
I sent a fax of my signed job contract to another company from work, and the guy who used the fax after me was curious as to what I was sending. He was there after me for a long time. Is it possible that he could have reprinted a copy of the letter I had just sent?
Some fax machines will print out a transmission confirmation, which includes at least the first page of the last fax sent. You may want to see if your fax machine enables this.
