Using Max EMail

I signed up for Max Email on 5/9. It is almost a week later and I still cannot fax.
I entered a trouble report and have not heard back from anyone in almost a week even though they say they have 24 hour service.

My e-mail and web faxes fail saying that I have a failed fax number which is incorrect because I get other faxes daily.
