Hi everyone,
I'm new here and wondering if anyone has used OneFax.com I'm in need of a service that isn't too expensive, as I recieve a bit over 1000 faxes per month and send out the same.

Any info on this provider would be greatly appreciated,
thanks

Onefax.com offers a service to consumers of receiving or sending faxes via computer or email. I signed up for the advertised 90-Day Free Trial. Then while reviewing the phone numbers the company had for selection of your new fax number I realized that they did not have any in (or near) my area code.

My business is a very local business so I realized I had to cancel this 90-Day Free Trial and seek out a different service.

Recap - Ordered the service and cancelled same day. When cancelling the service I asked for an email confirmation back that the request has been received and processsed. Then I receive an invoice from this company. I email back their support and billing department and reiterate the cancellation. They email me back a Ticket Number! I ofcourse reply that this must be handled immediately by a manager. To date I have received 6 Tickets from this completely inept company. This has been ongoing since October - I really can't believe it.

I would not recommend this service due to the companies inability to handle basic consumer requests.

The Email to Fax solution from Sundial Telecom would be ideal for you. For sending faxes there is no monthly fee, you just pay for what you use. It's easy to use as you only need to send an email to with the document you need to be faxed attached, put the fax number in the subject line and send it. There is even an online fax composer for simple faxes where you can just type the content in a webform & add the fax number. If you use the voucher code FAXBEEP when you create an account you'll get a FREE trial where you can send about 5 fax pages at no cost to yourself. More information is available at www.sundialtele.com. If you're based outside the UK it won't help much with inbound faxes unfortunately.

Given that - if you're outside the UK I'll invite you to try our services. We'll supply you with a phone number from your area code or, if that's not available, a free 800 number.

Cheers !
