I would think twice about using Popfax. We registered with them over 6 months ago and to start with it all seemed good. But, we then noticed we weren't receiving some faxes at all, some were not forwarded to our email and some were - it was a lottery really. Then, one day i went to login and a different persons login and password was on the screen - so I logged in and viewed all their faxes (I could have deleted them or they may have been confidential). I immediately let the person involved know about this security breech.
Popfax come back with no helpful information regarding any of the problems. When our year is up we will change, but this is inconvenient because of course we will lose the fax no. My advise is STEER CLEAR!

Must be a misunderstanding ! I've heard good things about Popfax , from closed friends ,that are using their services from the very beginning ...and seemed to me they really want their clients to be satisfied.
Did u let the board administration know about the occured problem ?
Maybe u should reconsider..i know how inconvenient is to lose the fax no......
