iFax machine

We have many paper documents that have to be faxed. A scanner/computer solution is not very convenient for an office. Does anybody has an easy solution for faxing outbound paper documents?
It would be nice just to enter a phone number on a machine and be able to program a domain name that is added to the fax number automatically.
Oh, and we are looking for an inexpensive solution (price should be withing a range of prices for conventional fax machines).
Any suggestions?
