Internet fax service with Hong kong number?

We have a registered compagny in HK, and are looking to use Internet fax service, using either our exisitng HK fax number, either any other HK number.
I found Efax.com, but these guys have a big problem: you can send a fax only if the receiver's fax machine is turned on "fax". If the receiver's fax is also a phone with an answer machine, or if someone picks up the phone, it won't work. Not very usefull in South east asia !
Can anyone recommand me a service ?

Try with the company called outfax.com. Below is their web site.

Be VERY cautious about efax.com ..... they do not let customers retain their fax numbers if they leave the efax service.
Other business grade services in the market place treat their customers better.....
I may be able to help you... how many fax pages do you expect to send and receive monthly?
