DO NOT SIGN UP FOR GOTFAX SERVICE!!!!!

Signed up for GotFax, tried to use it five times: the fax only went through the first time.

Cancelled the service according to their instructions within the 2-week 'trial period': they have not refunded anything, and have continued to bill my card.

They claim I did not respond to an email asking for first two and last four digits of my card; they lie, I did immediately.

Looking for other defrauded users to file a class-action lawsuit against this provider.
