You need a voip provider account configured with ICTBroadcat like a account from gafachi , the voip provider need to support T.38 / G.711 pass through faxing or simply you can have digim / sangom PSTN cards configured with ICTBroadcast to transmit and broadcast faxes
User will upload contact list using web interface, upload his fax document and start a new fax broadcasting campaign to broadcast his fax document to entir contact list with in no time
ICTBroadcast is multitenat application means it also suite service providers , each user and admin will have different web portals with their personal data to manage, Admin is able to manage and allocate fix number of concurrent channels User wise or campaign wise
